Each person responds differently based upon what they want to achieve and how they were taught to use EFT. This training will give you the inner workings of EFT. I call this inner working method the Introspective EFT™ process.

Basic muscle testing introduction

This program is for those who have experience in muscle testing and those who have no training. I find that our approach to learning this skill has helped people of all experience levels. Muscle testing can be a very useful tool so come and learn how to do it right.

Muscle testing is used for many different reasons. I use this as a Chiropractor to find associated symptoms and what is causing them. I am teaching this to everyone so that you can bring this amazing communication method home and apply this to your skills.

Muscle Testing Class Overview:

Muscle testing is a very easy art to learn. I teach this class because it can also be very easy to do this wrong. Muscle testing is a way to communicate with your innate intelligence to find out what is stressful and what is health enhancing to your body. For best success on using muscle testing you need to actually practice it. We will be getting plenty of hands on during this class.

***It is recommended that you attend this class with a partner. Someone that would be close so that you can practice together after the class.***

APPLIED KINESIOLOGY

Muscle testing is a big part of my practice. Muscle testing helps me find out what is causing problems in your body. I can test food sensitivities, acupuncture imbalances, lymphatic congestion, crano sacral imbalance, spinal subluxation and much more. Since I am a holistic chiropractor I find this tool extremely valuable.

I am taking this awesome technique and teaching it to you. This is an introductory class. I have had many people come up to me and ask me how to do this correctly that it compelled me to teach this class.

Does something need to change and you don’t know where to start?

Do you seem to be stuck in a rut? Are you suffering with illness and nobody can seem to help? Is it becoming increasingly challenging to reach your goals?

We are offering a possible solution.

Everyone knows that when we become distracted or absorbed in our situation it can be very hard to work your way out. Where your mind goes your body follows. But how do we know when we have become distracted?

Come and learn an easy technique to get your mind in alignment with where you want to go. Many people have successfully used this technique to overcome health challenges, to reach goals, and to overcome obstacles. This class will give you that skill to take home.

What are we offering?

This is a 2 hour class The 13th of May at 6:00pm on Emotional Freedom Techniques. This version is very simple to learn and results can be immediate. This class is at DuChene Natural Health Center. Come prepared to do some work.

The Cost

This type of class normally costs around 200-400$. The cost of our class is 50$.

EFT Made Easy (Core Class)
