The allergy lymphatic migraine headache

lymphatic migraine headachesThe allergy lymphatic migraine headache

I have helped many people with all kinds of headaches. This allergy, lymphatic, migraine connection was an observation I made by working on people with very severe headaches or migraine headaches. Basically finding out why they were having these headaches. The good part is if you have these headaches you can find fast relief by making very simple changes.

What is this?

Most people will have the same presentation for these headaches. It starts in the upper neck and feels like it shoots either through the skull or through the face. The pain can be very intense and I usually find that it is dull and diffuse in nature. Many time you will find the neck very sore or sharp to the touch if you massage your neck.

Could your low back pain be all in your thoughts?

Could your back pain be all in your thoughts?

There are many sources for low back pain

Being a good doctor I look for many causes for your low back pain. I have seen referral pain from digestive distress, muscle spasm causing pain, your “hot” low back or low back disc problems. But, one cause of low back pain that many providers either don’t know about or don’t know what to do with is low back pain from your thoughts and emotions or in other words caused by stress.

Sources of headaches

There is most likely more than one source to your headache

The number one reason why I see success where I do is because I understand one simple principle. There is most likely more than one cause for your problem. I have seen many tough headache problems and all of them had several complicating factors causing the problem.

Migraine or non migraine headaches

From my experience many people are self diagnosed as having migraine headaches. Migraine is used as a synonym for a really bad headache. And I agree migraine headaches are really really bad headaches but not all bad headaches are migraine.

Chiropractic position on sleep position

Each Chiropractor that you talk to will have a different reason for telling you what the best position to sleep in is. I developed this line of thinking in Chiropractic College by asking questions and observing why people do what they do.

Sleeping position

I do not think that there is a perfect sleeping position that everyone should have. What I found is that your optimal sleeping position is one that provides your spine the support it needs. I have seen this for both the upper cervical spine and the low back.

CHIROPRACTIC OFFERS FAR MORE BENEFITS THAN SIMPLY RELIEVING BACK PAIN

Natural health
Vol. 9 Issue 83

Far too many people still believe that Chiropractic care isn’t necessary unless they’re suffering excruciating headache or low back pain. The millions who do receive regular adjustments and have a natural, healthy lifestyle know that Chiropractic can resolve their back pain, and more may also be learning about the potential non-musculoskeletal benefits.

According to a recent study featured in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, nearly one in four Chiropractic patients experience some form of improvement otherthan less back pain or fewer headaches.

Here are the most common improvements.

CHIROPRACTIC AND GOLF… A GOOD COMBINATION!

CHIROPRACTIC AND GOLF… A GOOD COMBINATION!

Vol. 3 Issue 93

There are some 25 million golfers in America and a good percentage of them suffer from chronic back pain. It’s not surprising considering all the forceful twisting that most golfers endure because of their enthusiastic swings.

Unfortunately for golfers, there is a theory which promotes maximal spine rotation during the backswing. The spinal muscles, however, provide only 5% of the torque generated during spinal rotation; with the abdominal muscles doing nearly all of the work. In truth, a short swing, with less spinal rotation gives a golfer more control and minimizes stress in the lumbar spine.

CHIROPRACTIC AND CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is persistent or relapsing debilitating fatigue in a person.

Some symptoms of CFS are mild fever, sore throat, painful and swollen lymph nodes in the cervical and axillary areas, unexplained generalized muscle weakness, muscular pain, prolonged general fatigue, generalized headache, joint pain, and sleep disturbances.

Two case histories of females age 32 and 38 suffering from CFS revealed significant improvements in stamina, increased energy and reduced symptoms.

Both patients underwent eight months of therapy which included:

1. Regular chiropractic spinal adjustments.

CHIROPRACTIC MANIPULATION IN NECK RELATED HEADACHES

CHIROPRACTIC MANIPULATION IN NECK RELATED HEADACHES

Vol. 1 Issue 65

A recent study published in the Journal of Manipulative Physiological Therapeutics evaluated the effects of six chiropractic manipulations, over a course of three weeks, on a group of headache sufferers. The results were:

1. Use of painkillers decreased by 36%

2. Headache intensity decreased by 36%

3. The number of headache hours decreased by 69%

This study concluded that, “Spinal manipulation has a significant positive effect in cases of cervicogenic (neck-related) headaches.”

HEADACHES ARE MOST OFTEN CAUSED BY NECK PROBLEMS

HEADACHES ARE MOST OFTEN CAUSED BY NECK PROBLEMS

According to the front page of the “Life” section in the Toronto Star… “Chiropractors were right. Many headaches are caused by damaged structures in the neck – and scientific evidence proves it.”

The article interviewed a Toronto physician, Peter Rothbart, who concludes:

“We have been about to find an anatomical and physiological cause for many headaches. We’ve found damaged structures in the neck, and have gone on to prove they are the cause of the pain.
“We couldn’t believe it at first. We’ve been able to put together a scientific explanation for how neck structure causes headaches…”

WALKING HELPS MAINTAIN NORMAL BRAIN FUNCTION AND ENCOURAGES NEW BRAIN CELL DEVELOPMENT

WALKING HELPS MAINTAIN NORMAL BRAIN FUNCTION AND ENCOURAGES NEW BRAIN CELL DEVELOPMENT

Vol. 8 Issue 107

New research conducted at the University of Illinois determined that simply walking every two to three days can make dramatic differences in helping to maintain normal brain function and the development of new brain cells.

Researchers utilized MRI scans to measure changes in brain activity in adults between the ages of 58 to 78, before and after a six-month program of aerobic exercise.

Participants gradually built up to walking at a moderate pace, three times per week for 45 minute sessions.
